ZephyrValley Community  Cooperative is a rural housing community with 10 members and 6 kids living on  500 acres of stunningly beautiful land in the hill country of southeast Minnesota. The Coop bought the land in 1994. We make decisions  affecting the Coop as a whole in consensus. There are five individual homes; sites  for six more homes, a common house; two barns and several outbuildings.  There are four ponds, including one for swimming; a creek; wetlands;  pastures; bluff & forest lands and 80 acres of land in crops farmed  organically.
